A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract under the following terms, where a “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us (Phoenix Drogerie e.K.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun fulfilling the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin fulfilling the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed to us that you are aware that by giving your consent to the commencement of contract performance, you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, which sets forth the terms of the contract including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
